P.D. was one of a kind. Full of energy always glad to see you. It seemed like P.D. was just always there somewhere, and makes me sad to think he's not around anymore.

I knew Karen from elementary school and we had a lot of shared history all through school. I remember seeing her at our 20th reunion, and she'd had some challenges and was in a wheelchair. It was great to see her, though. She was tough and resilient. I'm so sad that she died so young.

I didn't know Pam that well in school but we became friends on Facebook and were friendly for many years. She adored my father and she was lovely to me. Always supportive and encouraging. I enjoyed her a lot. Her last message to me shortly before she died was a message "catch ya later girlfriend" I sure have missed her. She was one of the good ones.

I will remember Ben for his wit, his laugh, and his killer sideeye. Enjoyed him a lot and I hate that he's not with us anymore

Armando was always so much fun and so jovial. One of my favorite classmates. I remember seeing him a few years after high school and thinking how handsome and tall he had gotten! I enjoyed him a lot, was so sad to see that he had passed too young

When I think of Debbie, another one that I knew all the way back to grade school -- I picture her smiling face looking up from a Bobcat breakthrough we were painting. She was beautiful and elegant and talented and loving and I remember especially her empathy and her kindness.

One of the ones I knew all the way back to elementary school. She was so beautiful. I will remember slumber parties at her house, and playing British bulldog in her front yard. I'm not sure if she ever knew how beautiful she was. ??

Diana and I lived just a couple of streets apart from elementary through high School, and I will remember Coke parties and dancing to the Beatles in her house, way way back. She loved life and she loved music and people... I remember her doing a Mexican hat dance at our talent show in grade school. It sure was tough to lose such a happy person who so loved life.

I remember Richard as sparkly and cute and fun and likable. I still remember that he gave me a huge bag of Mardi gras beads one time. Stunning to think how long he's been gone.

Gary used to have a carload for lunch every day and I'll always remember B lunch and having 18 cent hot dogs at Weenie World in that fancy car of his. A truly nice guy.

I knew Kevin for years as a classmate, that we weren't really buddies or anything -- all through junior high and high school. For some reason we went on a date when we were in college, and he turned out to be the kindest, most chivalrous, and respectful gentleman I had ever gone out with. I was heartbroken at his tragic loss. Kevin was a good guy.

I grew up next door to James, we were friends since birth. I call him my first husband since our sisters made us get married when we were two or three years old. James -- "Jamesie" to me -- was a wry, dry, funny guy. I will miss him forever.

David and I had the nickname "Glow worm" for each other,it started in Mrs Rawls' history class. I can't remember how, exactly but it was something that was hysterically funny to both of us, so that's what we called each other from then on, even a decade+ out of high school. He was sweet and cared so much about people and adored his family. And so funny... I remember sitting around the Mexican Grill one time with a group of people including David, who commented loudly that it was the only dining establishment in town with any "ATMOSPHERE." So hard to believe he's been gone so long. Fond memories.
